Treat the skin around the edges of your eyes with a toner after cleansing the face. Take the pad out of the package with a spoon. Smudge it to fit the shape of your eye. Remove the pad after resting a bit with this cooling sensation for about 15-20 minutes. Follow with a moisturizer if needed.
